Sweet pancake


• 500g wheat flour.
• 200g of sugar.
• 3 x eggs.
• Pinch of salt.
• 50g of melted butter.
• 1 litre semi-skimmed milk.

Preparing the batter:
1. Put the sugar, melted butter, rock salt and eggs into a bowl.
2. Beat the mixture and gradually add the wheat flour and half a glass of milk. You should obtain a smooth batter with no lumps.
3. Add the rest of the milk.
Leave to stand for about an hour before cooking.

• 200 g of wheat flour.
• 400ml of semi-skimmed milk.
• 2 eggs.
• 1/2 sachet of baker’s yeast.
• 1 tablespoon of 

Preparing the batter:
– In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, sugar; yeast (diluted in 1 tablespoon of warm water).
– Gradually add the milk and let stand 30 min.

1. Set the thermostat of the griddle to 180°C.
2. Lightly grease the plates with a oil-soaked cloth.
3. Pour an half-ladle of batter and spread with the bottom of the ladle up to obtain a pancake of 12cm.
4. Cook until the batter is taken (around 30 seconds).
5. Return and cook the second side 30 seconds.
